Application Support Engineer

• Ensure maximum uptime for multiple production systems by providing L1/L2 application support
• Manage incidents and requests, performing initial diagnosis and escalating issues to the appropriate teams
• Monitor critical system alerts and perform system operation and administration tasks
• Collaborate with internal users and external vendors to resolve production system issues
• Document knowledge articles and manage the team's knowledge base while supporting emergency situations outside office hours

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in application support within a fintech background
• Strong interest in working with crypto technology and financial environments
• Experience in applications on Linux environments and cloud computing
• Proficiency in SQL Database queries and relational database concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities

• Good understanding of the ITIL V3/4 framework
• Familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes
• Experience with automation or AI technologies
• Knowledge of monitoring systems such as Datadog, New Relic, or Grafana
• Understanding of Redis and log queries
