Technical Training Architect

A technology services company is seeking a Training and Development Specialist in Tyler, Texas, to design, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs for employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organization abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include creating training materials and assessing program effectiveness. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in instructional design.

This full-time position entails up to 25% travel and a Monday-Friday schedule.
