Job Description & How to Apply Below
We're a purpose-led technology shop in TX hunting for a Site Reliability Engineer who'd rather delete code than add it. The proposition holds together - $46,000 - $74,000, 1 years, a TX base, and ownership the rest of the market rarely grants.
Key Responsibilities- Document technical decisions, architecture, and APIs for the broader org
- Untangle the Cloud Formation dependency knots that have slowed Tyler releases for months
- Ship Consul experiments fast, kill the losers, and double down on what sticks
- Optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization at scale
- Own the unhurried edge cases in Civic Engagement Corp's Consul billing nobody else wants to touch
- Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems
- The instinct to ask "what would change your mind?" before debating
- A Tyler network, or the hustle to build one from scratch
- Strong time-management skills and a bias toward action
- Familiarity with the Tyler market and local technology landscape
Inside Civic Engagement Corp's Tyler headquarters, a quietly-ambitious team treats every Leadership bug like a personal insult worth fixing tonight. The empathy-led pace here is real, but so is the permission to log off and recover.
This junior role pays $46,000 - $74,000 and comes with structured mentorship designed to sharpen your Vault and Cloud Formation over time.
Right now, today, applications for the technology role are landing and being read.
