Day One Insurance Group is led by Sharie Withers, an Allstate Elite agent in the top 4% nationally and a consistent award winner throughout her 15 years with Allstate. We're licensed in and serve all of Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
You sell. We handle the rest.- Sales and service are completely separate, so you never do service work
- We buy leads for you: live transfers, data leads, and other marketing
- Ricochet dialer included
- Training and tools from day one
- If you want to own your own agency someday, we have the experience to mentor you there
- $15/hour base plus tiered, uncapped commission
- On-target earnings: about $57,000 a year at quota, with six-figure potential. At least one of our producers has earned that for the past several years.
- New producer guarantee: 7% commission on every sale during your first 90 days while you ramp up
- Weekly bonuses for leads you bring in from your own network, on top of the leads we provide
- Weekly cash bonuses for top producers
- Quarterly bonus, plus potential annual bonus and annual award trip
- Paid time off and paid holidays
- Health insurance after 90 days, with 50% of the employee's cost paid
Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30. If you're an experienced producer and need a different schedule, . We're flexible for the right fit.
Requirements- Active property and casualty license
- P&C insurance sales experience with any carrier
- Live within 35 miles of Tyler (75702)
- Comfortable working toward monthly production goals
You’ll be employed by Sharie Withers Agency, LLC, doing business as Day One Insurance Group, an independently owned Allstate agency.
