We are seeking a driven, self-motivated, and positive associate attorney to join our expanding civil defense and litigation team. If you enjoy challenging work in an environment that encourages growth and development, both personally and professionally, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:- Assist in civil defense and litigation cases
- Conduct thorough legal research
- Draft legal documents and pleadings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy
- Represent clients in court, depositions, and mediations as needed
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar (0-3 years of experience)
- Strong research and writing skills (writing samples required)
