Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Paralegal position for a law firm in the Tyler area

This is a great opportunity to join a professional legal team in a fast-paced office environment. We are a full-service staffing firm that partners with companies across East Texas to fill full-time, part-time, and temporary openings. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

• Provide direct support to attorneys with case preparation and legal documentation
• Draft, review, and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and filings
• Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court-related documents
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures

• Paralegal experience or completion of a paralegal certificate or degree
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documents, and filing procedures
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment

  Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Pay Range:
  Based on experience
