TEAM LEADER JOB DESCRIPTION - TYLER TX

As a Team Lead for Office Pride you will be responsible for supporting a team of 5-8 commercial cleaners and delivering excellent service to our customers.

• Teach, train, and equip team members in assigned area
• Help team members when they need it
• Validate each area every night
• Communicate staffing needs to general manager
• Elevate high potential employees through special assignments
• Coordinate special projects
• Clean personally assigned accounts in an exemplary fashion
• Backfill vacancies as needed

• Trustworthiness
• Some leadership experience
• An eye for the details

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
