Job Summary
Installs, troubleshoots, and repairs a variety of equipment and machinery to support manufacturing, packaging, and distribution operations. Diagnoses problems and recommends solutions.
Essential Job Functions- Applies related knowledge to resolve basic operating problems in a timely manner; reports other problems to Supervisor.
- Testing and/or modifying operational machinery and control equipment; repairing various vacuum, mechanical, and pneumatic systems; performing mechanical calibrations and alignments; assembling and testing motor‑control devices, sprockets, bearings, and vacuum pumps, and air valves.
- Repairs a wide variety of mechanical work on multiple production systems in and around the facility.
- Applies related knowledge to test and/or modify operational machinery and control equipment.
- Accurately completes daily maintenance reports.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment and conserves resources by using equipment and supplies to accomplish job results without waste.
- Follows safety policies and procedures; reports unsafe conditions to Supervisor.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three to five years related experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work with minimal supervision. Flexible, able to quickly shift priorities as needed.

Maintenance self‑paced, 8‑hr shifts. May be exposed to fumes, loud noises, and extreme temperatures infrequently. Functional near, far, and peripheral vision and functional hearing required.
Physical DemandsMedium – Very heavy, lifting up to 150 lbs.
