Base pay range: $24.63/hr - $24.63/hr

Join our team at Hood Packaging, a plastics manufacturing company located in Tyler, TX.

We are currently needing Extrusion Operators who will be able to work 12-hour shifts.

• Experience in Blown Film (preferred)
• Good basic math skills
• Accuracy with tape measure
• Safety oriented
• Mechanical ability
• Color vision
• Proficient reading and interpretation skills
• Previous experience in manufacturing environment (preferred)
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent

• Safely and efficiently set up and operate the extrusion machines
• Produce quality film following standard operating procedures
• Minimize waste and down time
• Accurately complete daily production reporting
• Stand for prolonged periods, climb ladders/stairs, crouch, bend, kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
