Our Client here in Tyler, TX., is an employee-owned precision machining company founded over 45 years ago, with multitasking machining.

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.75 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 05:00am to 03:30pm)

• Operate and maintain CNC laser cutting machines to produce precision metal parts.
• Set up, program, and run CNC laser equipment according to specifications and blueprints.
• Inspect parts using calipers and gauges to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and adjust settings as needed.
• Handle materials safely using forklifts or hoists and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety standards while meeting production goals.

Experience operating CNC laser cutting machines, with strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and precision measuring tools. Basic computer and machine programming skills (knowledge of CNC controls preferred) High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
