Candidate must have extensive machine shop experience and have the ability to assist and direct employees in the operaton of most machines found within an automotivce machine shop. The ideal candidate would have familarity with ordering engine parts and organizing engine parts for production. Candidates should be able to anticipate problems that might arise during the engine assembly and machining process and have exceptional problem solving skills.
Candidates should enjoy the challenge of running and coordinating a large operation and have the ability to bring out the best in the people around him.
