Aboutthe Job
We’re looking for a Communications Coordinator to manage our firm’s social media presence and strengthen relationships with clients, business partners, and community organizations. In this role, you’ll design and implement comprehensive social media strategies that elevate brand visibility and engagement, while serving as a key liaison for referral partners and sponsored initiatives.
The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic—someone who can craft compelling content, foster authentic connections, and leverage technology and digital tools with confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Create, schedule, and publish content across firm social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community interaction.
- Track and analyze social media performance using appropriate tools.
- Coordinate and oversee the filming and production process for You Tube content, ensuring all logistics, schedules, and resources are in place to execute the final vision effectively.
- Provide monthly case updates to referral attorney partners under direction of firm owner.
- Monitor referral activity and collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that strengthen relationships with referral partners, clients, and medical providers.
- Assist leadership in planning and execution of firm events.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing professional social media accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear sense of brand voice and storytelling
- Tech-forward and quick to learn new platforms and tools
- Experience in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
