Marketing Specialist

Luminous Services is seeking a Marketing Specialist with a passion for content and an eye for detail! The Marketing Specialist will aid in the scalable growth and development of multiple brands through creative content creation, paid advertising, website optimization, and strategic collaboration with the executive team.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Hybrid Role.

Key Outcomes:

Generate consistent, measurable lead growth across all active brands

Launch and manage profitable paid advertising campaigns

Improve cost per lead and customer acquisition metrics quarter over quarter

Increase website conversion rates through optimized messaging and landing pages

Produce consistent creative content to support sales, recruiting, and brand authority

What You‘ll Do Managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, You Tube, etc.)Monitoring KPI’s including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and Conversion Rates Identifying new marketing channels and growth opportunities

Creating structured campaign frameworks for launches and promotions

Continuously improving profitability through data-driven decisions

Filming and editing video content for ads, social media, and brand storytelling

Capturing field content to showcase services, culture, and customer experience

Developing hooks, scripts, and messaging angles for campaigns

Producing short-form and long-form content for multiple platforms

Designing supporting graphics and marketing materials when needed

Translating executive vision into clear, market-ready messaging

Assist in new brand launches and service rollouts

Editing and updating website pages to improve clarity and conversions

Creating landing pages for campaigns and promotions

Researching competitors and proposing strategic improvement
