Community Outreach Coordinator

Pay Range: $39,400.00 – $54,300.00+ per year

Responsibilities- Perform public relations, marketing and development for the community as needed.
- Maintain the community census at the budgeted level.
- Act as the community’s public‑relations agent, engaging with referring communities, soliciting feedback and sharing information with supervisors.
- Deliver presentations about the community at scheduled physician networking luncheons.
- Collaborate with health center and social service departments to facilitate efficient admission/transfer to the health center from referring communities to the appropriate level of care.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree required.
- Two to three years of applicable experience.
