Full-Time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner – 7 Shifts per Month
We are looking for a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our pediatric practice in Tyler, Texas. This full‑time role offers 24‑hour shifts with a collaborative schedule designed to support provider flexibility.
SCHEDULE- Full‑time, 7 shifts per month
- 24‑hour shifts
- Schedule created collaboratively with the practice team
- Flexible options available (bundle shifts if preferred)
- $135,000 to $150,000+ starting salary (negotiable based on experience)

COMPANY PROFILEThis physician‑owned medical practice specializes in maternity and newborn care. Founded in 2016 by neonatologists, the practice has grown to over 100 providers across multiple states, combining national infrastructure with local support to deliver high‑quality care.
POSITION DESCRIPTIONThe Neonatal Nurse Practitioner will work in partnership with the practice and the Level 1 Trauma Center hospital. Core responsibilities include:
- Day‑to‑day NICU management
- Participation in multidisciplinary rounds
- Delivery attendance
- Ventilator management
- Nutrition management
- Lab result reviews
- Meetings with families
- Newborn nursery coverage
The hospital uses an EHR and provides clinical assistants to support providers.
REQUIREMENTS- Texas Nurse Practitioner license
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) certification
- At least 1 year of NNP practice experience
- Hospitalist experience strongly preferred
