• Prescribe/order Advanced Pain Management procedures
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as medical imaging and laboratory tests
• Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs
• Perform procedures such as venipuncture, wound care, and suture removal
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and treatment options
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (wClincal
  
  Works)
• Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols

Responsibilities: NP or PA Physician Assistant - Interventional Pain Management

• Perform medical procedures as necessary
• Prescribe medications and treatments
• Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
• Communicate information to patients regarding diagnosis and treatment goals
• Maintain patient medical records as the Mid-Level Provider
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities

• Previous experience as a PA or NP with active Texas License
• Advanced knowledge of treatment and drug interactions
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong EHR/EMR and clinical work flow knowledge
• Current Texas license & DEA
• National Board Certification
• Understanding of Pain Medications
• Understanding of Interventional procedures, a plus
• Must pass background and drug screening
