What you’ll do

  • Communicate with patients in English and Spanish by phone, message, and in person, helping them understand instructions and next steps.
  • Document accurately in the electronic medical record and coordinate with providers and teammates to keep patient care moving smoothly.
  • Recognize concerns that need prompt attention and bring them to the appropriate licensed clinician.

What we’re looking for

  • Fluency in spoken English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and warmly with patients in both languages.
  • An active Texas RN or LVN license or medical assistant experience or training.
  • Strong clinical skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety.
  • Experience in primary care, family medicine, urgent care, or a similar outpatient setting preferred. Experienced nurses with strong assessment skills are especially encouraged to apply.
  • Comfort with electronic medical records and a willingness to learn new workflows.
  • A dependable, collaborative teammate who follows through and knows when to ask questions or elevate a concern.
