Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Tyler, TX is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children. Flexible scheduling, full-time/part-time/PRN options, and 24/7 clinical support help you balance work and life.
Provide skilled nursing in a home health setting, administer medications and treatments, assess patient conditions, educate families, and follow the plan of care. Current TX RN/LVN license and CPR required.
