Barista position at Christus Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, TX. We are hiring immediately for full‑time and part‑time roles. Online applications only.

Full‑time and part‑time morning shifts. Pay: $15.00–$15.50 per hour.

• Prior experience as a barista.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Prepares espresso and coffee drinks, along with related food and beverage items.
• Enter orders accurately into POS device and accept cash and charge payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of the service area.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Prepare food according to approved recipes and production standards.
• Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
• Greet customers courteously and interact to ensure satisfaction; relay concerns to supervisor.
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in lines.
• Explain menu items accurately to customers.
• Apply selling techniques and assist customers in buying decisions.
• Merchandise display foods attractively per standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
