Front of House Associate

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of Nick the Greek, ensuring our guests feel welcome and leave with a smile. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with menu selections.
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Ensuring prompt and friendly service at all times.
• Collaborating with team members to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
• Working Expo for dine in and to-go orders

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry.
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to providing outstanding guest service.
