Entry Level Sales Executive

Previous sales experience isn’t essential. You’ll receive structured training, mentoring, and ongoing support to help you learn the business, develop your sales skills, and become confident working with clients.

You’ll speak with individuals to understand what they need, explain available benefit options, and help them choose solutions that fit their circumstances.

• Speak with prospective and existing clients
• Understand individual needs and recommend suitable benefit solutions
• Clearly explain products, services, and available options
• Follow up with clients and build strong relationships
• Provide a helpful, professional customer experience
• Take part in ongoing sales and product training
