Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager we hire will shape messaging, sharpen positioning, and grow revenue for Excellence Consulting from day one. With $79,000 - $118,000 on the table, this manager role rewards 8 years of Salesloft with autonomy and team-driven growth.

• Build landing pages that turn Tyler curiosity into demo bookings
• Test three subject lines, kill two, scale the winner
• Stand up email sequences that get opened, not buried
• Tune the ad creative until the sales marketing cost-per-lead drops
• Use Outreach.io and Cross-Selling tools to automate and scale outbound efforts

• Manager mastery of Gong, validated by people who'd hire you again
• Comfort owning the unglamorous middle of a remote project
• A history of leaving sales marketing processes better than you found them
• 8+ years navigating the politics that sales marketing work attracts
• The humility to revise strong opinions when the data argues back

Rooted in Tyler and restless by nature, Excellence Consulting keeps reinventing how Salesloft and Gong fit together. We build an environment where no-ego ideas get tested quickly and credit is shared fairly.

Money matters, so we lead with $79,000 - $118,000; then come the wellness perks, the Continuous Learning training, and hours you actually control.

We just refreshed it, so the sales marketing role counts as live and hiring.

Your Account-Based Marketing deserves a stage bigger than your current one, and Excellence Consulting has it.
