Bullock Protection LLC is seeking highly professional, dependable, and safety-focused Armed School Security Officers to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe learning environment for students, faculty, and visitors. Position Overview:

The Armed School Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of school grounds, monitoring campus activity, responding to incidents, and maintaining a visible, authoritative presence. This is a Level 3 Armed Position, and officers must arrive fully equipped.

Minimum Requirements Must hold a valid Texas Level 3 Commissioned Security License (Guard Card)

Must possess your own firearm, ammunition, and fully equipped duty rig

Must be at least 21 years old

Must pass a criminal background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening

Must have a high school diploma or GED

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods

Must maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor at all times—this role involves daily interaction with students, staff, and parents

Primary Duties:

Maintain a high-visibility presence at designated school locations

Provide armed security while ensuring safety of students, staff, and visitors

Monitor entrances, hallways, parking lots, and school grounds

Respond to suspicious activity, disturbances, or security incidents

Assist school administrators and staff with safety-related concerns

Follow all Bullock Protection LLC policies and procedures

Complete written reports for all security-related observations or incidents

Maintain radio communication with dispatch and site supervisors

Support emergency response protocols, including lockdowns, evacuations, or medical incidents
