Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Part Time Surveillance Security Officer for a Retail Mall in Tyler, Texas.

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalates in environments such as a security operations center, call center, parking gatehouse, etc.

• Set schedule:
  Saturdays 12:00 pm–4:00 pm, Sundays 11:00 am–7:00 pm, Wednesdays 1:00 pm–9:00 pm
• 20 hours weekly
• Competitive hourly wage of $11.50 (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
