This is an apprentice position and experience is not required, but it is a plus. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees.

Requirements:

Must be willing to complete and pass drug screening

Must be willing to climb up to 40 feet high

Work safely and follow all company safety training courses

Able to measure and read measurements (preferred but not required)

Hand-tool experience, drills, hammers, pry bars (preferred but not required)

Must be honest, knowledgeable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have Drivers License and reliable transportation

Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement!

Position Overview:

Entry Level Gutter Installer is responsible for performing gutter installations, gutter repairs, and gutter cleaning, shop maintenance/cleaning, aluminum recycling, and more as assigned by supervisor.

Pay:
We are now offering percentage pay based on each jobs revenue. There is a base starting percentage pay to start and as you move up in our program you have an opportunity to earn more percentage as your skills and effieciency becomes more established!

Essential Functions:

Works as part of a team to accomplish customer work order request.

Prepares job site

Install Gutters/Take down previously installed gutters

Clean out debris from clogged gutters

Cut, drill, or snip aluminum gutter or guard

Physical Requirements:

Ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Competent in climbing single ladders and extension ladders up to 40 feet high

Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, laying horizontally, climbing, walking, etc., as job may require.
4. Ability to maintain balance of person, tools, and material, while climbing-working on ladders and client roofs

Working Conditions:

Full-time schedule possibly consisting of an average of 35-40 hours/week.

Be willing to work overtime as needed

Monday through Friday 5 days Saturday Sunday off unless required to meet operational goals.

Approximately 90-95 percent of work performed outside

Exposure to wet and dry conditions, extreme heat and cold
