We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II to maintain our Camp‑Resort facilities, structures, and utilities. This full‑time or part‑time position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Base pay range

$14.00/hr – $15.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the condition of the Camp‑Resort’s property, facilities, and equipment
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests
  • Assist in planning and executing projects from start to finish
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues
  • Repair faulty equipment and damaged structures
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures
  • Supervise heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
  • Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems
  • Perform general maintenance tasks—including landscaping, painting, and carpentry
  • Update Maintenance Supervisor on status of repairs and projects
  • Maintain service records for mechanical and structural systems
  • Ensure all SOPs are followed for park operation, employee relations, timekeeping, and safety documentation
Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of consistent, professional work experience in a variety of trades
  • Trade certifications (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
  • Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver’s license
Physical demands
  • Able to lift up to 80 lbs
  • Remain in a stationary position as required
  • Move throughout the park regularly
  • Continue climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and crawling
  • Manipulate fingers, hands, and arms to reach, carry, lift, etc.
  • Continuous exposure to outdoor weather conditions
