East Texas Refrigeration (ETR) has proudly served East Texas since 1980. We're a growing HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing company with a steady pipeline of residential and light commercial service work throughout the Tyler, Athens, and Longview areas.
If you're a Texas-licensed Journeyman Plumber who takes pride in your work and wants the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, we'd like to hear from you as we grow our plumbing department.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Perform service calls, inspections, and repairs throughout the East Texas service area
- Service and troubleshoot boiler systems as needed
- Communicate repair recommendations and solutions professionally to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and uphold company quality and safety standards
- Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every four weeks
- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
- 3+ years of service plumbing experience in residential environments. Light commercial service experience preferred as well.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Boiler and hospital plumbing experience are a plus
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- Clean background and driving-record required
