Ruan is looking for Class A CDL drivers to be based in Tyler, TX to yard spot and shuttle dry van trailers for our dedicated customer, Trane. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at .
PayGet paid weekly earning $20.85 per hour with overtime pay after 40 hours per week.
ScheduleEnjoy a Monday through Friday schedule! We're currently hiring for first shift from 6:30 a.m.
- 3:00 p.m. There is also potential for overtime work when covering for vacancies on other shifts.
Yard drivers will utilize a yard tractor to spot 53’ dry van trailers. Shuttle drivers will utilize day cabs to shuttle trailers between warehouses. Class A CDL is required and previous yard experience is preferred, but not required. After completing orientation, drivers receive a work boot voucher for a new pair of boots.

Minimum Requirements- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years

- With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile .gov before hiring
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
