Competitive pay: $19 - $21 per hour depending on shift and assignment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem.

Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage clients in meaningful activities.
  • Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being.
  • Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation as needed.

Home Health Aide (HHA)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Required: HHAs must have valid/verifiable Home Health Aide Certificate from a reputable educational program.
  • Required: Certified CPR
  • Preferred: One (1) year of documented caregiver or home care assistance experience.
  • Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile and proof of insurance.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

    Adherence to HIPAA and maintenance of client confidentiality.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high‑quality care.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively.
  • Physical capability to provide support to push and pull, bend, lift, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
