Join us as a full‑time Risk Advisor in commercial lines. This role is located in Tyrone, GA and offers competitive compensation, including a 100% commission schedule after 3 years. The company provides group health, 401(k), continuing insurance education, group life, and disability benefits.

• Build relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual goals.
• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and account rounding.
• Conduct needs assessments, provide insurance proposals, and recommend coverage options.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued stewardship and risk management.
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams for timely policy issuance.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions using the agency’s CRM system.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client, employee, carrier, and other information.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Insurance license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter with goal‑driven mindset.
• Prior experience in insurance or sales is preferred; you can be trained.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Prior insurance sales experience.

• Customer/client focus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organization and communication skills.
• Collaboration and business acumen.
