** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production.
* Monitor material flow and perform routine checks to maintain consistent product quality.
* Assist with maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.
* Perform accurate recordkeeping and communicate operational issues promptly.
* Support overall site safety by following established procedures and identifying potential hazards.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Capability to operate or learn to operate industrial and mobile equipment safely.
* Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
* Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team setting.
* Dependability and attention to detail in completing operational and maintenance activities.
* Willingness to learn plant processes and adapt to changing operational needs.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $22.00 to $28.75 per hour
