• Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production.
• Monitor material flow and perform routine checks to maintain consistent product quality.
• Assist with maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform accurate recordkeeping and communicate operational issues promptly.
• Support overall site safety by following established procedures and identifying potential hazards.

• Capability to operate or learn to operate industrial and mobile equipment safely.
• Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a team setting.
• Dependability and attention to detail in completing operational and maintenance activities.
• Willingness to learn plant processes and adapt to changing operational needs.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• $22.00 to $28.75 per hour
