** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform maintenance and repair of aggregate plant equipment including crushers, conveyors, and screens
* Weld and fabricate components to support plant operations and equipment reliability
* Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
* Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and welding proficiency
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
* Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $27.24 to $29.67 per hour
