** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently.
* Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
* Load, transport, and stockpile aggregate materials according to production needs.
* Monitor material flow and communicate with team members to maintain productivity.
* Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner.
* Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to compliance.
* Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to follow operational procedures.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
