** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate loaders to move and load materials efficiently
* Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Follow all safety protocols and site procedures
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
* Support production goals by maintaining material flow###
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
* Capability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and minor adjustments
* Reliability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment###
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing###
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.###
** What We Offer*** $22.50 to $33.01 per hour
