• Perform maintenance and repair of aggregate plant equipment including crushers, conveyors, and screens
• Weld and fabricate components to support plant operations and equipment reliability
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and welding proficiency
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• Base pay range: $27.24/hr - $29.67/hr
