• Safely operate loaders to move and load materials efficiently
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Follow all safety protocols and site procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Support production goals by maintaining material flow

• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Capability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment checks and minor adjustments
• Reliability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

• Role operates primarily in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels

• $22.50 to $33.01 per hour
