Territory profiling whilst sourcing new customers and obtain equipment for consignment. Hands on auction site set-up and bid-catching. An enthusiasm for equipment – construction/agricultural/automotive is needed for this role. This role requires someone who is willing and able to travel extensively to auction sites.

This role will require a machinery enthusiast, motivated individual with impeccable judgement and an innate ability to problem solve. Operating globally across 3 continents requires flexible individuals with the ability to work to high standards in a fast‑paced environment.

While these opportunities are initially aimed at third year placement students, they are also open to fresh graduates eager to gain valuable international business experience.

• Be studying towards a third level discipline preferably in Business, IT, HR, Marketing or Accounts (other disciplines will be considered)
• The ability to work full time for 12-15 months.
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
• Maintain a valid passport.
• Show proficiency in entire MS Office suite especially Excel.

• Be reliable, self-motivated with good attention to detail and an exceptional work ethic.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Have a desire to exceed expectations.
• Excellent communicator with strong organisational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work to strict deadlines with limited supervision.
• Detail orientated individual with the ability to work flexibly in a fast‑paced environment.
