Position: HSEQ Student Placement 2026/27 - NI

The Job

Administrative support to the Health and Safety Manager in relation to Health and Safety, environmental and quality tasks.

You will assist the Health and Safety Manager in the planning, delivery, monitoring and updating of policies, and health and safety induction and training sessions.

You will help the team in identifying, assessing, and controlling workplace risks to protect employees, the public, and the environment.

On Auction Day, the team take an active part in challenging unsafe behaviour by staff or the public.

The Person

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced office environment. This is not a typical officejob; no two days will be the same. This opportunity will involve working alongside employees across the entire global operation. The ideal candidate must be able to apply their skills and experience to an extremely busy, fast paced environment

While these opportunities are initially aimed at third year placement students, they are also open to fresh graduates eager to gain valuable international business experience.

The Requirements

• Be studying towards a relative third level discipline
• The ability to work full time for 12-15 months.
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to work extra hours during busy auction periods.
• Maintain a valid passport
• Good level of data entry with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Highly organised and conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to develop long-term relationships with new and exicting customers.
