About the Role:As a PIRTEK MSST, you’ll be working out of a fully equipped service van, visiting customer sites to diagnose hydraulic faults, remove and replace faulty hoses, and ensure the equipment is back in optimal working condition.
- Diagnosing hydraulic issues on construction and industrial equipment.
- Building and installing hydraulic hoses on‑site.
- Verifying repairs to ensure equipment functionality with no leaks.
- Providing exceptional customer service and fostering customer relationships.
- Collaborating with existing customers and generating leads for new business.
We’re seeking candidates who take pride in their work and thrive in dynamic environments. Ideal candidates will:
- Have a strong mechanical background, preferably with construction equipment experience.
- Be mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Work effectively outdoors in varying conditions, including extreme weather and challenging terrains.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.
- Be self‑motivated with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Possess a clean driving record and pass a background check.
- Own or acquire the necessary tools prior to completion of training.
