Micro Strategy, Inc., dba Strategy seeks a Product Manager in Tysons Corner, VA:

Job Duties: Responsible for defining the product roadmap, feature requirements, scope, and supervising delivery. Making decisions on product functionalities, usability, and user experience. Managing product refinement, capturing detailed requirements, behaviors, and known limitations in Micro Strategy’s system of records. Describing ideas, jobs to be done (JTBD), main functionalities, expected use cases, user personas, and essential delivery components. Setting expected delivery dates and defining necessary product documentation.

Engaging in cross-departmental collaboration to define final products and making process decisions during implementation and delivery. Determining what should be presented to stakeholders and final pre-delivery decisions. Preparing product documentation and promotional videos for each product. Collaborating with the education team on review materials and workshops. Conducting customer meetings for product discussions, roadmap presentations, and feedback collection. Collaborating with senior team members and executives on critical functions, facilitating priority conversations considering the platform's bigger picture, with minimal supervision.

Telecommuting is an option, with some travel to our Tysons Corner, VA office required.

Minimum Requirements: Four (4) years of experience in the offered job or a related field.
