Our Financial Management Transformation professionals help our clients in Defense and National Security optimize all elements of their financial management structure by transforming business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, improving transparency and performance management, promoting change management, and complying with Federal laws and regulations. The nature of our projects is extremely fluid and requires self-motivated individuals who are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals.

Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management and enhance their skills in technical competency, business development, client service, and people development. Our team provides specialized experience and knowledge in financial management, process analysis, intelligent automation, risk management, and performance measurement to support project activities.

• Supporting transformative initiatives by collaborating with team members and senior stakeholders to modernize financial and operational processes through intelligent automation solutions
• Assessing existing business processes and procedures to identify pain points, manual activities, and automation opportunities. This includes coordination with process stakeholders to complete current-state assessments, review relevant documentation, and evaluate future-state solutions
• Gathering business and functional requirements and translating them into scalable automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies
• Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, strengthen internal controls, and enhance operational effectiveness
• Supporting the implementation and enhancement of automation capabilities across financial management, audit readiness, budget, acquisition, grants, and other mission-support functions
• Creating process documentation, workflow diagrams, technical specifications, testing plans, and training materials to support solution development and deployment
• Assisting in the creation of project plans to support end-to-end automation development efforts and ensuring realistic timelines are established, communicated, and executed
• Communicating project task updates and solution status to senior-level executive clients on a regular basis and confirming shared understanding
• Collaborating with senior team members to embed financial management standards into the design and development of automation solutions, ensuring alignment with federal financial policies, audit readiness requirements, and operational integrity
• Coordinating with other team members and/or developing necessary skills to support financial automation, data analytics, process optimization, and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities for financial management use cases
• Supporting the development and deployment of UiPath automations, integrating automation solutions with financial systems and business processes, and leveraging complementary technologies including Power Platform and AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
