Job OverviewInsight Technology Solutions supports a contract providing call center support for the Student Exchange and Visitor Program (SEVP) within the Department of Homeland Security. We seek candidates with prior experience in high-volume phone support, delivering comprehensive customer service and handling sensitive information.
Job Responsibilities- Operate in a high-volume, metrics-driven call center environment.
- Be flexible with work schedule to support the call center’s needs during operating hours.
- Multitask and research information across multiple databases simultaneously.
- Enter data and communicate with stakeholders concurrently.
- Conceptualize scenarios and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- Work independently, efficiently interpreting and analyzing information from various sources.
- Communicate effectively both orally (in groups and one-on-one) and in writing.
- Listen actively to sensitive information.
- Navigates national web-based tracking systems related to SEVIS and Fee Payment.
- Analyze multifaceted issues related to the SEVIS system.
- Provide support to international stakeholders and academic institutions.
- Utilize telephony systems, CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, ticket trackers, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education:
High school diploma required. - Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience supporting a call center or help desk environment. - Certification: HDI Certification is highly preferred but not required.
