House Buyers of America, a leader in the real estate industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Vice President of Customer Service. This role involves providing strategic direction and planning for all aspects of customer service activities within the firm.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and standards for the organization to ensure excellent service and satisfaction across all customer touchpoints.
  • Lead and manage customer service teams, implementing coaching and development programs to improve team performance and engagement.
  • Develop service quality improvement strategies and implement customer service best practices.
  • Address complex and escalated customer service issues.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
  • Work closely with different departments such as sales and marketing to ensure alignment and a seamless customer journey.
  • Participate in strategic decision making that affects the customer service department or the organisation as a whole.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Relations or relevant field.
  • Proven track record of successfully improving customer service operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service software, databases and CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, policies, and procedures that improve customer service quality and efficiency.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
