Provide friendly, efficient customer service as an in-store resource for customers and associates. Support a seamless shopping experience by managing service hub requests, including pickup orders, returns, tourism information, and service appointments.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers with genuine, friendly interactions.
- Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, simple returns, tourism information, and service appointments.
- Use store technology and participate in merchandising and operational activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- No experience required; a high school diploma or equivalent is encouraged.
