We're seeking a Preschool/ Pre-K Teacher at the Transformational Education Adventure Center, you will be part of a fast-paced business while making a difference in the lives of children. Prefer candidates with a CDA or a degree in Education or a related field.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoy working with children
• Inspires and works hard to bring out the best in each child
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with children, families, and staff and build a positive relationship.
• Supervise children attending the program and promote safety and respect amongst all participants
• Is an A player-driven to be the best, challenge yourself by setting goals, crushing them, and helping your teammates do the same.
• Is solution-oriented - You see obstacles as opportunities, naturally take initiative, aren't afraid to provide new ideas, and provide bold solutions.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of a daily program for ages 3-5
• Follow school policy, county and state rules.
• Monitor children to ensure their health, safety, and physical well-being.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and assist with in-service training as needed.

Important Factors:

• Exceptional written and oral skills
• A people's person; you must care deeply for others
• Exceptional Organizational skills: love for attention to detail
• Flexible hours between 7 am - 7 pm
  - Monday –Friday
