- Design and develop software for terrestrial systems
- Integrate software with hardware components
- Maintain and optimize system performance
- Ensure compatibility with various terrestrial environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in terrestrial systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for system design and implementation
- Proficiency in embedded software development
- Expertise in system integration and testing
- Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS)
- Strong understanding of communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UART)
- Experience with hardware abstraction layers (HAL)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with geospatial software and systems
- Knowledge of power management and energy efficiency for terrestrial systems
- Experience with simulation and modeling tools
- Understanding of fault tolerance and system recovery techniques
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming languages
- Ability to automate software deployment and testing
