Base Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 DOE
Generous Bonus Program: 20% - 30% annually

Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of wastewater treatment and underground utility projects ranging from $5M - $50M.
Manage project teams, including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, focusing on cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
Provide complete project oversight from pre-construction through completion, ensuring profitability and exceptional client satisfaction.
Lead the coordination of excavation, yard piping, concrete structures, mechanical installations, and process piping to meet project specifications and timelines.
8+ years of experience in wastewater treatment facility construction.
5+ years in a leadership role as a Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer within water treatment facility projects.
Proven experience in managing projects from cradle to grave, focusing on large-scale wastewater treatment plants.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Mechanical Engineering preferred (U.S. degree highly valued).
Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid Green Card (No visa sponsorship available).
Strong tenure with previous employers, demonstrating stability and commitment.
