Position:Associate Advisor
We are seeking a full-time Associate Advisor who is experienced, detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in client portfolio construction and reviews
- Assist in developing customized financial plans
- Reconcile and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy
- Research and resolve client inquiries and present findings clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning & Wealth Management or Finance
- CFP® designation and FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses (or Series 66)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
