Control Framework Governance Team Lead - Hybrid

In this role you will:- Manage the lifecycle of control frameworks: change requests, evolution, rollout, monitoring and reporting.
- Be the custodian of the frameworks, ensuring their quality, consistency and structure.
- Manage the assurance reporting, prepare the ISAE Type 1 reports.
- Support the frameworks internally: maintain the documentation, report on compliance, organise training and participate in risk assessments and audits.
- Act as GRC librarian: manage the control library and authority documents in Swift’s Integrated Risk Management system.
- Lead a team of framework experts and be accountable for timely execution of their tasks.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in risk and controls management, audit, compliance or security.
- Strong risk and control mindset and applied knowledge of control frameworks.
- Good understanding of software and infrastructure delivery and management processes.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, eager to learn, assertive and a team player.
- Experience with assurance reporting (SOC, ISAE 3000, etc.) and/or in an agile setting, as well as previous managerial or leadership experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for a new hire in this position in Virginia is $ USD Annual MINIMUM to $ USD Annual MAXIMUM. Salary may vary depending on job‑related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity contingent on personal and company performance.
